Discover Pålsjöbaden, a gem along Helsingborg's promenade where you can enjoy both a sauna and a nice swim in the Öresund.

With both wet and dry saunas and separate nude baths, Pålsjöbaden offers an oasis for body and soul. The sauna and cold bath experience is one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences you can give yourself. By exposing the body to alternating cold and heat, your blood circulation and oxygen uptake increases, which promotes your metabolism and strengthens your immune system. In addition, the heat stimulates three important hormones that give you a feeling of well-being and happiness.

Pålsjöbaden also offers a glass-enclosed café in the middle of the bathhouse where you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal or drink after a lovely day of relaxation.

Welcome to a unique sauna and bathing environment in Helsingborg.

  • Enjoy relaxation in Pålsjöbaden's wet and dry sauna - perfect for relieving stress and pain in muscles and joints.
  • Cool off in the fresh water along the promenade north of Gröningen.
  • Visit the glass-enclosed cafe in the center of the bathhouse to sample simpler dishes and drinks while enjoying the view of the sea.
  • Take part in a Bastuchill or Bastuextrem experience and experience an aufguss with the little extra, a salt scrub and easier digestion.

There are changing rooms on both the men's and women's side where you can hang your clothes on hooks. In each changing room there are small safes that you are welcome to use. You lock our small safes with a padlock. If you don't have a padlock with you, you can buy one at the checkout for SEK 40. Outside by the swimming stairs there are cabins where you can keep your clothes during the day. It is therefore not permitted to leave clothes in the cabins during the night.

As part of our work to reduce our energy consumption, we no longer lend out small sitting towels to have in the sauna. If you want a small towel to sit on, you therefore need to bring your own cotton towel. You can borrow a shower towel for SEK 50.

In summer, there is a limited number of sunbeds and cushions to borrow for free. You are welcome to bring your own deck chair. If you have access to your own chair, we would be happy if you let other guests borrow our sun loungers.

  • Entrance to the cold bath house
  • Towel
  • Salt scrub
  • You are eligible to receive a full refund of the booking amount if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
